Reiki Energy Session
45 Minutes of restorative Reiki energy work to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to greater balance.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice offered with the intention of supporting relaxation, grounding, and overall well-being.
We begin with a brief check-in and intention for your session. You then relax comfortably in your own space while I offer Reiki remotely, working intuitively with the body’s energy centers and allowing the session to unfold according to your needs and intentions.

Crystal Reiki Session
45 minutes of Reiki enhanced by the supportive resonance of intuitively selected crystals.
Crystal Reiki combines traditional Reiki energy work with crystals selected in response to your intentions for the session. During your remote session, crystals are incorporated into the Reiki practice to create an additional layer of energetic focus. Depending on your intention, I may select crystals traditionally associated with qualities such as grounding, clarity, heart-centered support, protection, or spiritual connection.
