I’m a certified grief educator, life coach, Reiki master, and crystal healer. My work blends lived experience with deep training to support people through loss, uncertainty, and new beginnings.

After years in a fast-paced tech career, I endured a cascade of personal losses: the death of my husband, a layoff from my 24-year career, a cancer diagnosis and recovery, the loss of both my sister and mother—and more. These experiences brought me to a breaking point, and eventually, to healing.

Through grief work, life coaching, and energy healing, I began to rebuild. Slowly. Intentionally. And with growing clarity that I was meant to help others through their own pivotal moments.

Today, I support clients in honoring their pain, finding their voice, and shaping a future rooted in meaning and resilience.
