Life Pivot Healing is a newly established practice (2025). Services are provided by Mary Ludwick, who completed certifications in Grief Education, Resilience Coaching, Reiki, and Crystal Healing in 2025 and is currently building her client practice.
Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care
The services offered by Life Pivot Healing, including resilience coaching, Reiki, and Crystal Reiki energy work, are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These services are not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care.
Mary Ludwick is not:
A licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health counselor
A licensed medical doctor or healthcare provider
Able to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions
Able to prescribe medications or medical treatments

Practice Status: Mary is building her client practice. She has provided Crystal Reiki sessions to friends and family and is now offering services to paying clients. As a newly certified practitioner, she offers introductory pricing and dedicated attention while developing her professional experience.
Nature of Services
Resilience Coaching is a non-clinical, client-led practice focused on personal growth, life transitions, and building resilience during times of grief and change. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental healthcare. Coaching assumes clients are creative, resourceful, and capable of identifying their own solutions with support.
Reiki and Crystal Reiki are energy-based complementary practices intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness. They work with the body's natural energy systems and are not medical treatments. Results vary by individual.
Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
By engaging in services with Life Pivot Healing, you acknowledge that:

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual
You will seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed
You agree to:
Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, or mental health concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate in sessions
Seek professional medical or mental health care for any serious concerns
Provide honest feedback about your experience to support the practitioner's development
Communicate openly if the services are not meeting your needs
Scope of Practice
Mary Ludwick practices within her training and competency level. She does not:
Diagnose medical or mental health conditions
Prescribe medications or medical treatments
Provide psychotherapy or mental health counseling
Offer legal, financial, or medical advice
Claim to cure or treat any specific illness or disease
Work with situations beyond her scope of competence
Appropriate referrals: If your needs extend beyond the scope of resilience coaching or energy work, you will be referred to appropriate licensed professionals, including therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, or other specialists.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information and session content is kept confidential, except where:

There is imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others
You provide written consent for information to be shared

Testimonials & Feedback
As a new practitioner building her practice, Mary welcomes client feedback and testimonials. Early clients may be offered incentives (such as reduced rates) in exchange for honest testimonials. All testimonials are voluntary and clients may decline to provide them without any negative consequences.
Testimonials shared publicly will only include information you explicitly consent to share (e.g., first name only, initials, or anonymous).
Terms of Service
Booking & Scheduling
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday by appointment
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom
You will receive a confirmation email with Zoom link details upon booking
Please test your Zoom connection before your first session
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-hour notice required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
Late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee
No-shows: Missing your appointment without notice results in forfeiture of that session
Emergency exceptions: Cancellations due to serious emergencies or sudden illness will be handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis
For package clients:
Unused sessions do not expire but should be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe (typically 6 months from purchase)
Packages may be paused for up to 6 months in case of serious life circumstances
Payment & Pricing
Payment is required at the time of booking
Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Credit Card via PayPal
Introductory pricing is currently in effect while building client base (rates subject to change with notice to existing clients)
Prices will be honored for packages purchased at the stated rate, even if rates increase during your package period
Refund Policy
Standard policy:
Individual session fees are non-refundable once booked (though they may be rescheduled with appropriate notice)
Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual at the discretion of the practitioner
New client protection:
If after your first session in a package you determine we are not a good fit, I will refund the remaining sessions with no questions asked
This ensures you can try the services without feeling locked into a commitment
Professional Conduct & Boundaries
Life Pivot Healing is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Clients are expected to:
Engage respectfully and appropriately
Communicate honestly about their needs and experience
Respect the practitioner's time and boundaries
Arrive to sessions on time and prepared
The practitioner reserves the right to:
Discontinue services with any client whose behavior is inappropriate, threatening, or disruptive
Refer clients to other providers if their needs exceed the scope of practice
Decline to work with clients when not the right fit
Boundaries:
Communication between sessions should be limited to brief scheduling or administrative matters
Emergency support is not available between sessions
The coaching relationship is professional, not personal friendship
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Pivot Healing, LLC and Mary Ludwick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or inability to use services.
You acknowledge:
Participation in coaching and energy healing carries inherent risks
You are voluntarily choosing to participate
You release the practitioner from liability for outcomes of your choices and actions
The practitioner does not guarantee specific results
Client Rights
You have the right to:
Ask questions about the practitioner's qualifications and approach
Decline any practice or suggestion that doesn't feel right for you
End the coaching relationship at any time
Request your session notes or records (where applicable)
Provide feedback or raise concerns
Know how your personal information is used and protected
Modifications to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.
