All sessions are conducted remotely. No prior experience with energy healing or crystals is needed—just a willingness to receive.

You’ll begin by setting a brief intention with me (via email or short check-in), so the energy work is aligned with your emotional, energetic, or spiritual needs.

Then you’ll rest comfortably at home while I guide the healing remotely. During the session, I channel Reiki energy and intuitively place selected crystals to help support chakra balance and energetic flow. Afterward, you’ll receive a short message from me (via email or voice note) with reflections or themes that came through during the session.
