Grief Support Coaching

Compassionate guidance through life’s hardest goodbyes and most difficult transitions.

Grief takes many forms. While we often associate it with death, it can also arise from the end of a relationship, a serious health diagnosis, career loss, family estrangement, or the unraveling of a dream.

As a certified grief educator with personal experience in deep and layered loss, I offer one-on-one support that meets you where you are—with no pressure to move on or “fix” anything.

This is a safe space to speak your truth, honor your losses, and begin gently integrating your experience. Whether your grief is fresh or years old, named or unnamed, you are welcome here.

🌿 What to Expect During a Session

Each session is a blend of deep listening, reflective conversation, and gentle guidance—tailored to what you need most in the moment. We may explore:

  • Naming and making space for your grief

  • Honoring what (or who) was lost

  • Navigating difficult emotions like guilt, anger, or numbness

  • Finding meaning in the aftermath

  • Caring for yourself as you heal

There’s no pressure to “move forward” before you're ready. But if, over time, you feel called to begin rebuilding, our work can gently evolve into life coaching—focused more on goal-setting, purpose, and creating what's next.

That shift happens when (and only if) you're ready. You don’t need to know where you’re going. Just that you don’t want to go through it alone.

This is a space for your whole self - grief, growth, confusion, hope, and all.

Coaching with me is not a rigid program—
it’s a flexible, intuitive partnership tailored to your needs and rhythm
